Free cancellation
Cancelling your booking costs nothing, provided you do it at least 24 hours before your visit.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or call +90 536 603 75 84 with the name on the booking, the day, and the reference from your confirmation page. We will then confirm the cancellation.
Nothing to refund
Because nothing is charged online and the price is paid on the day of your visit, there is no payment to refund.
Changing your day
If you would rather move your visit than cancel it, tell us in the same way and we will look at another day with you.
