Who you book with
When you book on this website, you book with Murat Atalay Travel Agency, a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency (licence No. 11294), which arranges your hamam visit and the hotel transfer that goes with it.
What you book
You book the Basic Hamam, which covers the round-trip hotel transfer from the nine pickup areas, time in the sauna, the steam room and on the heated marble, the kese scrub, washing and massage in soap foam and, to finish, a basic aromatic oil massage lasting about 20 minutes; a peştemal, a towel and slippers are provided. Anything not on that list — drinks, premium or longer massages, extra treatments, professional photos, tips — is not part of the booking.
Price and payment
The price shown before you confirm is the price of your booking, transfer included. No payment is taken online, and you are never asked for card details; you pay on the day of your visit. Children aged 4 to 10 pay the child price; children under 4 are free. Every booking includes at least one adult.
Pickup
We confirm your pickup time with you before the day, using the phone number you give us. Please be ready at your hotel at that time. The pickup is from your hotel; the hamam is chosen according to your hotel and its area.
Health
The hamam is not recommended during pregnancy, with heart or circulatory conditions, or for anyone sensitive to heat or humidity. If you are under a doctor's care, or have high or low blood pressure, a skin condition, a recent operation or an injury, consult your doctor before your visit and tell the hamam before your session. Do not drink alcohol beforehand.
If something changes
If your visit cannot go ahead as booked, we will contact you on the phone number you gave us. Because nothing is paid in advance, you are never out of pocket for a visit that does not happen.
