The Basic Hamam costs €20 per adult (11 and over) and €10 for children aged 4 to 10; children under 4 come free. The price includes the hotel transfer both ways, and you pay it on the day of your visit.

You pay on the day of your visit. Nothing is charged online, and the booking form does not ask for card details.

Yes. There is no charge if you cancel at least 24 hours before your visit — just send us your booking reference on WhatsApp. The full rules are on the cancellation page.

Online booking starts from tomorrow. For today, ask us on WhatsApp whether a visit can still be arranged.

Choose a day, find your hotel, add your guests and your contact details, and check the full price before you confirm. The booking reference appears straight away; we then confirm your pickup time before the day.

You book with Murat Atalay Travel Agency, which arranges both the hamam visit and the transfer. It holds TÜRSAB travel agency licence No. 11294.

Hotel pickup and return, the sauna and the steam room, the hamam itself on the heated marble, a kese scrub, the foam wash and foam massage and, to finish, a basic aromatic oil massage lasting about 20 minutes. You are given a peştemal, a towel and slippers.

A basic aromatic oil massage of about 20 minutes, after the kese and the foam. Premium or longer massage treatments are not part of the Basic Hamam.

Only the Basic Hamam can be booked online. Longer massages and extra treatments are sold at the hamam itself, at its own prices, and are paid there — they are not part of our price.

About 2.5 to 3 hours from pickup to drop-off, including the transfers. The oil massage takes about 20 minutes.

You change into swimwear, warm up in the sauna and the steam room, lie on the heated marble, and are scrubbed with the kese. Then come the foam wash and foam massage, and a short aromatic oil massage. You rinse, rest, change and are driven back. The order and timing can vary a little with the hamam and how busy it is. Yes. Pickup from your hotel and the ride back are included for every hotel in our 9 pickup areas: Side, Kumköy, Evrenseki, Çolaklı, Gündoğdu, Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç and Kızılot. The transfer is by air-conditioned vehicle.

The hamam is chosen according to your hotel and the area it is in. The transfer takes you there and brings you back, so you do not need an address or a taxi.

Any hotel in the 9 pickup areas around Side. Our transfer page lists the hotels in each area; if yours is in one of those areas but missing from the list, book anyway and give us its name.

Online bookings are only for the 9 areas. Send us your hotel's name through the contact page or on WhatsApp, and we will tell you honestly whether a pickup is possible.

It depends on where your hotel is. We confirm your pickup time with you before the day, by phone or WhatsApp.

Swimwear, all the way through. You are also given a peştemal, the traditional hamam wrap. Nobody is asked to be naked. The details are in what to wear to a hamam.

Swimwear or a bikini, a hairbrush or comb, and a change of underwear for afterwards. There is no need to pack towels: the peştemal, towel and slippers are provided.

Yes, together with a parent. Children aged 4 to 10 pay the child price of €10, and under-4s go free. Because the massages are meant for adults, we need to know how old the children are when you book, so that the right programme can be confirmed. At least one adult must be on every booking.

It is not recommended during pregnancy, with heart or circulatory conditions, or if you do not cope well with heat or humidity. If you are under a doctor's care, or have high or low blood pressure, a skin condition, a recent operation or an injury, ask your doctor first and tell the hamam before your session. Eat lightly beforehand and do not drink alcohol.

Yes. The booking form has a field for this, and your request is passed on to the hamam along with the booking.

It is customary but entirely up to you, and it is not included in the price. Drinks are not included either.
